Welcoming Back Outdoor Dining, Events, Spa Treatments, And More
It is with long-awaited anticipation and excitement that we announce life is looking closer to normal at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows than it has in many months. Thanks to the most recent city and county of Los Angeles order on January 25, 2021, leisure travel is back, and with it comes the return of outdoor dining at FIG Restaurant and our newly renovated Lobby Lounge, spa treatments at Exhale, and outdoor events of 15 people (and three households) or fewer.
With the reopening of the city of Santa Monica, as well as so many of the Fairmont Miramar’s amenities, now is the perfect time to escape the bitter cold overtaking the rest of the country and retreat to our sunny urban oasis for an extended work-and-play stay. Our Stay Longer promotion is designed especially for such getaways, providing you with additional savings up to 25% the more nights you reserve.
Elevate your retreat with an extended stay in one of our contactless, chicly designed bungalow suites. Each of our 31 bungalows offers its own unique atmosphere, featuring one-of-a-kind footprints and Santa Monica-inspired decor. Whether you’re seeking a spacious three-bedroom abode for your family (complete with a large private patio and a luxurious Lacava bathtub) or a cozy home away from home ideally outfitted for the business traveler or couple, there’s a bungalow for you. Bring along your dog, too: We love our furry friends!
After two months of its own R&R, Exhale Spa is open once more to provide you with the ultimate facial, massage, body scrub, or other rejuvenating spa service to unwind after a long day. Treatments are available indoors at a 25% capacity, and can also be reserved on your balcony. Paired with the sounds of the ocean, a warm breeze, and the privacy of your own space, there’s nothing more relaxing or restorative.
While we’ve enjoyed the intimacy of in-room dining over the past several months, the camaraderie that comes with dining in a communal setting offers its own special atmosphere. It’s this priceless feeling of togetherness — even when socially distanced and outdoors — that makes dining at FIG Restaurant and Lobby Lounge so delightful (not to mention the superb food). For the full experience, reserve your table at FIG to coincide with the magnificent Southern California sunset, the perfect backdrop to the new menu offerings and always-fantastic wine list. Before and after dinner, relax in the Lobby Lounge just steps away. Thoughtfully redesigned by the award-winning Household of London, this invigorated space allows for plenty of room for social distancing and an idyllic atmosphere for a nightcap or pre-dinner cocktail.
Now that small gatherings are allowed once again, the time is right to reserve one of the Fairmont Miramar’s outdoor venues for your next family get-together, celebration, or intimate event. Available to parties of 15 people or less (from three or fewer households), our events team will work with you to choose the best venue for your party. The Bungalow Deck, Sunset Terrace, Miramar Garden, Upper Pool Deck, and Moreton Bay Circle all await, ready to serve as a spectacular setting for your special occasion. And, to ensure you have everything you need at hand, Lloyd’s Barbershop, Atelier Edward Avedis, Vilebrequin, and are all open by appointment.
As always, your safety and wellbeing remain our utmost priority, and we are keeping a close eye on Los Angeles County’s guidelines regarding the current pandemic, adhering to safety measures that exceed the highest CDC standards, and following Accor’s ALL Stay Well Guidelines. From all of us at the Fairmont Miramar, we look forward to welcoming you back.
