Let us feed you the food of love! Feast on something savory and something sweet from the lavish Valentine’s Day menu created by our talented new culinary team at FIG.
Stir the senses with a choice of enticing appetizers that includes Wild Tuna Carpaccio or Blood Orange, Young Fennel, Caviar Cream. Succumb to temptation with entrees such as The Lobster Thermidor, with a saffron, tarragon, herb and tender green salad; Colorado Lamb Loin with crisp potato terrine, spinach puree, candied heirloom beets; Filet Mignon with slow-cooked potatoes, red king crab, parsley puree. Of course, our full menu will be available with all your favorites.
For dessert, we have a delicious surprise on hand for you and your sweetheart. An elegant Sazerac (our most popular specialty cocktail on the Lobby Lounge menu!) box will appear at the table, with a blindfold inside. We know that love is blind, but in this case, your love is blindfolded while you linger over an extravagantly sexy white and milk chocolate feuilletine with griotte cherries, paired with Veuve Cliquot. Of course, you are welcome to take it upstairs and enjoy!
