Indoor Dining Returns, And More Exciting Updates For Spring At The Fairmont Miramar

After months of navigating the closure of restaurants and indoor activities, we are thrilled to have indoor dining back at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows. Thanks to the most recent Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announcement, as of Monday, March 15, restaurants can open indoors at 25% max capacity. That means our beloved FIG Restaurant is once more available for reservations—indoors and out—for groups of up to six people from one household indoors, and up to six people from three different households maximum outdoors.

While large-scale events are still on hold for now, with the increased vaccine rollout and downward infection and hospitalization trends, we are anticipating a wonderfully busy events season this spring, summer, and fall. We know that just like us, you have been anxiously awaiting the day when you can finally celebrate that big anniversary, graduation, reunion, engagement, or wedding. Even if they took place months (or a whole year) ago, that event still deserves its own special celebration, and we want to help you make it even more extraordinary at our one-of-a-kind Santa Monica oasis.

With our Miramar Moments packages, there are several curated options to elevate your big day. For those tying the knot and wanting an intimate affair, we’ve designed a Ceremony Only package especially for you. Ideal for intimate elopements or small-family celebrations, proclaim and officiate your love with the Pacific Ocean or historic Moreton Bay Fig Tree as your backdrop, no food or beverage spend required.

If the full ceremony-and-reception experience is your desire, we have two unique offers to choose from in 2021: for celebrations booked for a Saturday or Sunday, we invite you to enjoy 15% off of your wedding package price. And for weekday festivities, on top of the 15% discount, we’re offering 50% off ceremony rental costs as well as an upgraded suite for the newlywed couple for one night. Visit our website for more information on our wedding packages, including how to get a quote and reserve your day with us

Make your wedding day even more perfect with help from the several local businesses we’ve aligned with, all of whom are as eager as we are to help you achieve an idyllic experience. The most gorgeous collection of wedding dresses awaits at JLM Couture, and gentlemen will find their ideal fit (to buy or to rent) at Friar Tux, as well as a dapper haircut to complement it at Lloyds Barbershop, conveniently located within our hotel. For those preparing to pop the question, you’ll find the perfect ring at our in-house bespoke jewelry designer, Edward Avedis (whose fans include Lady Gaga). When your love says yes, celebrate with an engagement dinner in our Library or Ocean Terrace rooms, both offering luxe indoor and outdoor spaces to toast to your upcoming wedding with the lush Miramar Gardens and Pacific Ocean in the background.

Those same spaces — plus our newly renovated, ultra-chic lobby — double as stunning backdrops to all of life’s other notable events, each carefully curated by Household Design to complement and elevate every occasion. Treat the new grad in your life to a special getaway, or gather with your girlfriends for a weekend staycation relaxing with glamorous blowouts from The Salon and sumptuous bites and drinks from FIG Restaurant and Dogtown Coffee. Reserve your getaway with our Stay Longer promotion, and enjoy up to 25% the more nights you reserve.

Elevate your retreat with an extended stay in one of our contactless, chic bungalow suites featuring SoCal-inspired decor and all the amenities needed to make it a cozy home away from home. Also, be sure to treat yourself to a spa treatment at Exhale Spa, also open once again for all your facial, massage, body scrub, and other rejuvenating spa needs. Treatments are available indoors at a 25% capacity, and can also be reserved on your private balcony. Paired with the sounds of the ocean, a warm breeze, and the privacy of your own space, there’s nothing more relaxing or restorative.

If you’re marking a special anniversary, we’d love to help make it even more exceptional with one of our exclusive offers, including our California Resident promotion, which offers California locals 20% off their nightly rate in addition to free parking, waived resort fees, and a $30 daily food and beverage credit, which can be used to enjoy Miramar’s new Gin Program, experienced in the new lobby lounge.

Every detail of your stay and event is as important to us as it is to you, and we cannot wait to host you soon: for your dream wedding ceremony, anniversary retreat, group getaway, or staycation.
