Choose from a selection of curated pairings, from a half dozen oysters with a glass of Perrier-Jouët, to a full dozen alongside a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut or the indulgent Blason Rosé. Round out the experience with a selection of caviar, and let the evening unfold.
