Moreton Bay Circle
Our Moreton Bay fig tree is a local legend and landmark. It stands at nearly 100 feet with a 130-foot canopy that draws visitors to take a closer look at the incredible network of branches and gnarled roots. The original owners planted it back at the turn of the century, and today it’s the second-largest tree of its kind in California.

The Library is an exceptional space with flair, color and delightful eccentricity — one of our most popular venues and for good reason.
Wedgewood Ballroom
Our second-largest ballroom, the Wedgewood feels both grand and intimate. Take advantage of the space’s state-of-the-art audio-visual support for your keynote speech, general session or large corporate gathering.
Starlight Ballroom
Traditional and tasteful with crystal chandeliers, blond wood accents and an ornate recessed ceiling, this is the largest ballroom and meeting space on Los Angeles’ west side.
FIG Restaurant/Potting Shed
Earthy and replete with greenery, our revitalized private dinning room is perfect for small intimate gatherings.
The Bungalow Deck
Everything about the laidback space lends itself to easy conversation and relaxed fun: the mismatched couches draped with Mexican blankets, surf mementos, glowing lanterns hanging from the trees and drop-dead gorgeous ocean views.
Miramar Gardens
Take advantage of our mild, sunny Southern California weather with a party, gathering or special occasion set on the manicured lawn under the palm trees of our verdant gardens, at the center of our five-acre property.
Sunset Terrace
Watch the sun dip into the Pacific Ocean from this postcard-perfect terrace, ideally situated at the corner of Ocean Avenue and California Street, on the northwest corner of our five-acre private property.
The Upper Pool Deck
This alluring outdoor space overlooks the swimming pool and lush gardens, the perfect location for cocktail parties, an al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. Covered with a pergola for shade, the space has a Kalamazoo kitchen outfitted with a gaucho grill, café seating and festoon lights — an appealing intimate space for smaller groups.
The Stateroom
This is our boardroom with Southern California beach-style flair, set in The Bungalow cottage lounge. Opening onto the garden patio with lots of outside light, the space feels relaxed and open. The central feature is the large handcrafted solid oak dining table, lit by wrought-iron chandeliers. French doors lead off to the private brick patio with private bar and comfortable seating around a fire-pit.
Wilshire I, II or III
Flexible and private, these three contiguous spaces have easy load-in and load-out access. We can adjust the spaces for whatever your group is doing, whether it’s an intimate gathering, breakout session or interactive presentation.
Ocean I or II
These private executive spaces for great for working breakout sessions or smaller meetings, both conveniently located near the Wedgewood and Starlight ballrooms.

The Study has an inviting homey feel that gets creative juices flowing. Situated in The Bungalow, our freestanding casita lounge in Baja-chic style, it’s the largest of The Bungalow rooms.
