Dessert is the food of love, and we have a delicious surprise on hand for you. An elegant Sazerac box appears at the table, with a blindfold inside. Love is blind, but in this case, your love is blindfolded while you feed them an extravagant white and milk chocolate feuilletine with griotte cherries. We recommend pairing with Veuve Clicquot. Executive Chef Damon Gordon and team have created a selection of irresistible featured dishes including Wild Tuna Carpaccio, Colorado Lamb Loin, Filet Mignon, and Lobster “Thermidor.”
