Evening with Il Borro: Four Course Dinner & Wine Pairing

Join us “Under the Tuscan Moon & California Stars” alongside Salvatore Ferragamo for a culinary journey that begins with an aperitivo reception featuring Kaluga caviar and Il Borro’s crisp Lamelle. Guests will then be seated for a four-course dining experience that marries Italian tradition with coastal California flair.

Menu highlights include olive oil–poached king crab served with Rosé Borrorosa, butternut squash tortellini topped with autumn truffle. To carry a taste of Tuscany home, each guest will receive a parting gift of house-made truffle ricotta gnudi and Il Borro’s signature extra virgin olive oil. Limited space available.
